Why the PS4 Slim  is better than PS5

by Wyatt

Many people think the newest thing is always the best, especially when it comes to gaming. But just because the PS5 Pro is newer and more powerful doesn’t automatically make it better. In my opinion, the PS4 Slim is still the better choice for most gamers. It’s cheaper and more reliable, has a great game library, and is easier to find and use.
First of all, the price difference is enormous. The PS5 Pro is really expensive, and not everyone can afford it. The PS4 Slim, on the other hand, is much more affordable, and you can even find it used for a great deal. That means you can spend more money on games or an extra controller than just the console.
Also, the PS4 Slim has been around longer and works great. Since it’s not new, all the bugs and issues have already been fixed. You don’t have to worry about crashes, overheating, or updates breaking the system. It just works. Plus, it’s smaller and quieter, making fitting into your setup easier.
Another reason the PS4 Slim is better is because of the vast game library. Many amazing games are already out for the PS4, and many are cheaper now than when they first came out. Even though the PS5 can play PS4 games, it still doesn’t have a lot of next-gen exclusives that make it worth the upgrade.
Lastly, the PS4 Slim is easier to get and set up. You don’t have to search the internet or pay crazy prices just to find one. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take up much space, and does the job without hassle.
Sure, the PS5 Pro has better graphics and faster load times, but that doesn’t matter all that much for the average person. Most people just want to play good games and not spend a fortune. That’s why I think the PS4 Slim is still the better choice—it’s cheaper, easier, and fun to play on.
